I was there yesterday talking to Ed. Such nice people! Glad to see all the kits that are coming out or being re-issued. I even put in my request for a few new kits as well....and then we both laughed. Like they never hear requests from modelers for new kits! 😃
That Chevy Blazer Camaro and Corvette definitely will become part of the stash. Lol. My dad had two K5 Blazers and a buddy of mine has a 22 Corvette now. Definitely got ideas to work with on all three of those kits. lol. Thanks Tim. Bruce in Wv!!!
Did you find out what scale the 79 Camaro was? I wish Revell would do a 78 Pro Stock Camaro body and they could use the existing early 80's P S chassis molds to go with it. A Grumpy's Toy and Lee Shepard Camaro would look good in the curio case. A 1970 1/25 scale Boss Mustang would be great too. It would add to the great 68, 69, and 71 Mustangs.
Curiously the prototype box art says 1:24 but the description says 1:25. Tim's video shows the same basic kit that's been 1:24 since it first came out so I'd guess it'll be 1:24 like the rest of the old Monogram stuff is/was.
Revell please bring out some big rig kits like the revell of Germany trucks and trailers and some 1/32 scale monogram snap kits semi trucks and trailers
I wish they would reintroduce their 1/32 scale high bank slot car track. The one that I had as a kid was flat worn out!!! The Cougar and Firebird were great cars and fun to race!!
I have not built a model car since I was 16 in 1976 .....LOL Graduated HS in 78 at 17 yo and went to Wichita Automotive Institute for body and paint and just retired 2 years ago from being a PPG Platinum Certified refinisher for 43 years !! Real vehicles became my model cars and am trying to finish up restoring my buddies 68 Chevy ElCamino
I wonder if the Stranger Things Blazer is designed so they can do a pickup as a second variation. It's already a low-series trim level to be correct for the one in the show (although the latter should really have crank windows and I hope they fudged that little bit).
What I'd like to know is when Revell will offer a 1/700 kit of the old ship Britannic. Revell-Germany had kits in that scale of Titanic and Olympic for years, but never of Britannic, the last sister of the trio.
Tim, did the stranger things camaro have 2 different style rims!?!? Kinda looked like it. Plus the blazer and a few of those 70' dodge chargers are gonna be added to my inventory 😁
Planes are cool...some reissues , but missed ones... Except for the 70 charger the cars are ssdd ....how about a 71 Riviera or a 73 grand am...just something other than the same old tired subjects....
Sorry but the stranger things kits should have been out 5 years ago . Wtg Revell ! I know there’s licensing and such but really? The C-47 is a nice touch , will be a good looking plane in the right builder.

Corvette looks like a nicely detailed kit. Sweet!!!!

I went back to see them but they were already gone. So true those would be good sellers!
The one they had several years ago was 1/24 so I'm thinking this one is 1/24 scale.
A second chance to get the 70 Charger RT. And a 79 Z28 Camaro!! I’ll be all over those.

The two or the four wheel drive? They used both. One had a floor shift and the other a column shifter so whichever way you choose will be correct 😉

I know what I want from Revell... The Blazer, Vanagon, '79 Camaro, The 007 DB6, Corrado, and that groovy Custom '77 Chevy stepside pick up!

How about a Top Gun Maverick F-14 "escape" jet with enemy markings? All they'd need is a decal set.

Revell should do a 67 Shelby GT 500
