Ted has a unique fighting style. Unlike the other demons, Ted ALWAYS has to start with his first spell before Jeed can activate any others and they all focus on body enhancement to improve his already incredible strength. From what I read in the manga, Ted is a hotheaded orphan and even before the demon battle, he was a delinquent who picked fights whenever possible. Like Jeed said, you can't stop the flames behind Ted's fists.
