But they are not there. The word extracted no longer shows.Can you give me an idea as to why this is happening? Common causes? I must be missing something! Thank you
I tried that too. The files have been extracted. It seems I'm able to take all your steps until I drag and drop. I see the small plusses sign but I never get the pop up window where I could click ok and the fonts would then be in embrillance. I purchased 4 different types of fonts from juju. Thanks for your assistance, I just wish I knew why they are not going into embrillance
So I deleted everything, went back to juju order page. You clearly said to retrieve the bx font file and I didn't do that step! I ordered the font specific to my embroidery machine. Your instructions were clear and I didn't follow them.. thank you for your time in answering my questions. Maybe someone else will read this and maybe help them too if they made the same mistake. Again, thank you!

Sure! It just depends on whether the software developer included both capital letters, and lowercase

Try to right click on the individual extracted files one more time and see if there is an option to extract yet again.
