A Loram Rail Grinder on the NS P-Line in Alabama working East between the towns of Kellyton and Alexander City, AL. This is the former Central of Georgia line that runs from Columbus, GA to Birmingham, AL. This area of the line is the mid-point of the track between the two cities.
