Thanks for this video Liam. Gives me clarity on what to expect for this year (I have an ambitious goal of 100k/month by December). Currently on my journey and between Phase 2-3 as a one-man army, building AI agents. I'm a content creator, salesman, marketer, and developer all at the same time. I definitely need to start hiring at $20-30k a month. Remember guys, there's a limit to being a lone wolf and one man army. Not even John Wick can defeat an entire country's army alone.
@@maxnell1841 There's people for everything in life! You just have to identify how you can build an automation that can save them time, and money or make more money. People don't care about the "tech-solution/back-end" they just want the solution itself. Let's go man! 😎
OMG Bruv! Thank you, I nearly quit and was ready move to Pauanui Beach to retire😅 I got SO overwhelmed with the admin, warm outreaches and talent scouting 😩This is exactly what I needed today 🎉 Morningside for lyfe🤘🏾
Fantastic insights, Liam! Managing and scaling an AI agency comes with a lot of moving parts-hiring, client relations, finance, and marketing. This is exactly where Virtual Assistants can make a huge impact. As a Tech VA, I support AI agency owners and developers by handling admin, project coordination, client communications, and streamlining operations. This allows them to focus on innovation and growth without getting overwhelmed by the operational workload. If AI agencies leverage VAs effectively, they can scale faster and more efficiently. Great breakdown of the growth phases!
Thank you so much Liam. I'm new here in community and really appreciate all that you and your team. Still I'm going through content and it's amazing. It is Very helpful for someone like me who likes things set out in steps.
I really appreciate all that you and your team do to support your growing community of needy entrepreneurs. Lol... we ARE needy. 😝 I've been following you for a couple of months now, and learned quite a bit about tech from you. It's cool to see you creating content around general business development.
Excellent break-down! Thank you for the information. This is going to be very helpful! Think you could make a video on how you would go about how to have interactions with customers to gather informations and requirements for building solutions for them? Furthermore, would you be able to give some insight on how to take the client information and turn it into architecting a solution? If that’s all secret sauce maybe give some information about what to learn about to create a process like that? Thanks for all you do!
Just a note about hiring cheap developers that will significantly increase the risk of your business: if you think you're saving money by hiring cheap, you might want to think again. Cheap devs will create more work (requiring even more/better developers to fix stuff that constantly breaks) because they lack the experience of building a solid base that allows for scaling. You should be fine with 1 good developer for a very long time (think millions of requests). The catch here is good developers are expensive and hard to find.
Can’t some of these team member role be built out as an internal AI agent? Would make sense to implement what you’re going to do for other businesses in your own business
What if you’re more so looking to niche down and provide a duplicatable AI service? Instead of building a fully fledged custom AI automation agency? E.g. Helping NICHE secure RESULT with AI SERVICE? Would you follow a similar structure?
If you're a one man army doing everything yourself in a productized service for a specific niche like I am, then I would say the structure is similar but less hiring until the later stages. I am between Stage 2 and 3, and a one man army. But there's only so much you can do before partnering up or hiring.
You can of course do freelance work and in fact you operations cost will be the lowest they will ever be. So you’ll be profiting highest percentage. But you will reach a limit on incoming revenue and your output of services. You have need time to build a business. So if you don’t hire people you won’t have as much (or any) time to build the business. All depends what your business model is and what you want to achieve. Would you rather have freelancing gross 10k/month with 80% profits or would you rather have 25k/month with 40% profit margins? More money at 40% profits but much more risk, complexity, and investment.
Hey man! I am watching your video on building a chatbot. I was just wondering what are ways to make money online with AI chatbots and how do I do it as a complete beginner. I want to make money doing this, but I am interested in working from home because of the flexibility and work-life balance it provides and I heard that building AI chatbots is a good way to start making money online. Can you please give me some insight on this? Thanks!

Can you give real life eaxmples of what you deliver to customers at every stage?
Yes that’s the main thing
it's really crazy how nobody is talking about nifalixo money's untold mysteries
It was really interesting to see the additions to the tech used at each stage. This gives me so much more clarity as well, thanks.

Thank you Liam
I've been consuming your content for weeks now.
What is it, the developers are actually building?
Was wondering the same thing
This is so reassuring, especially if you have been part of the 10x movement with Grant Cardone. Any business, same technique. Good stuff bro!
a similar video for those who have found a niche to focus one would be very useful please
