It does consistency is the key, ive been listening to this for almost a year now, i used to be 5'0 but my goal is 4'9, i used it together with other sub that is now deleted on yt (i felt sad tbh bec. @@itz3644 in two days only, i was very surprised. i started by listening 30 minutes the first day then 1h30 the second and i lost a lot of centimeters. but then i started listening too much (a lot of hours per day) and i stopped getting results. so now i listen only 1 hour per day (30 minutes + 30 minutes) and i shrank by a few centimeters again, and i keep going.

That's never been me. I've listened to many different subliminals and have been able to feel the affects but that didn't always mean that I was seeing physical results. As someone who is actively listening to subliminals but has struggled in the past with consistency, I recommend that you listen for a minimum of an hour every day. Not just for a week, but for a couple months. Everyone is different, but the idea that real results take time applies to us all. Tell yourself that you're getting shorter, don't just listen to the affirmations in the video. Create a mental picture of your ideal results and don't dwell on whether or not the subliminal is working.

I can't give you a yes or no answer tbh since I only started listening to subliminals since 2020 on and off. This is my first time trying to be consistent and i'm not sure if your results stay with you or not. Right now, I am just trying to have positive energy and pretend that my dreams have become a reality. Also I just got my height checked yesterday; I am currently 5'7 (67 inches).
