the reason the guards were defeated so easily by Fives was because they were Red Guards (ceremonial) and lacked proper fighting techniques. Had Fives attempted to fight two Imperial Royal Guards (ones from TGE), it would have been a different story and Fives most likely would have lost.
Depende, las escalas de poder en Star wars son raras, los clones deberían de estar casi al nivel de un Jedi, pero luego metieron los comando y arc,los cuales para existir tienen que hacer que los clones sean peores,y Dave filoni los termino de matar
So we never see them actually fight in any of the original movies? What a wasted opportunity, they look cooler than Boba Fett, guess they sold well as action figures even without fight scenes.
i honestly could not remember seeing them in the movie so I searched everywhere to see them. its so disappointing to not see them fight Luke in episode 6
They made a tactical uniform change after ROTJ. In Return of the Jedi, they have only one arm opening (in their cloaks), on the right side. This is further illustrated in the deleted scene when Vader force chokes Jerjerrod and the two Royal Guards behind him react. In the prequel movies and animations, the guards have openings for both arms.
@@Themostintelligent no those are royal guards, rebels just happen to be the most plot armor series in star wars, If u watch through rebels shit like death troopers being one tapped happens
The Royal Guards and the Red Guards looked almost identical, but the Royal Guard had several divisions within it, the Shadow Gaurd, the Royal Gaurd, etc.
The ones in Rebels confuse me for some reason. In the first clip, they look like how they usually look. (I'm talking about the ones on the screen from 5:32), but in the finale they look like some kind of combination between them and stormtroopers. Their helmets look the same, but they have no robes on. So what happened, did they try to get dressed in their robes but didn't have time to get them on, or did they just take it off to be more mobile and not trip?

The reason why they were defeated is because otherwise the episode wouldn't work and it doesn't make any sense

evil, he sounds. Careful, we must be.
I like how the guards are fucking background characters but they have the potensial to fucking oblidirate the jedi

i wanted to see a brutal scene where they stab the camera with no remorse
6:09 The emperor really should have invested more in the cloning facilities. Their aim is horrendous as usual.

We gonna ignore the fact they get 8:44 minutes in all movies and shows combined?

The Royal Gaurd also had a heavy blaster hidden under the red robes to easily take down Fives.
This video is good.
