Guys to be very honest this site is in dispute think 10times before buying it.make sure to give all white bcz giving in black will make you in trouble.i gave 50% black by converting my white to black to save some money but now coz of the dispute they gave me all white but not my black though they didn't refused to give it but still I can't do anything about it not I can appeal to the court .it's been almost 11yr but still I've only got my white money I'm all stuck . best of luck to you.

The unbeatable location attracted me at first but after listening public ideas about terms, conditions, false committments, fake promises, low quantity development of roads failed the project.The developer himself has cheated the the best locality. New investors are unable to collect courage to cop up with after buying trobles

I have seen four or five videoes regarding Manohar Singh project in new chandigarh. Nothing is different in any of the videoes. Since 2012-13 no progress at all.The project looks stuck.Same situation will be of the investors.The project is lagging behind as in comparison to Eco City phase 1 And 2, DLF, omaxe city 1, 2, 3. I made up my mind to invest in the project but due to the lagiest progress, I dropped the idea.No justification in investing the project as people living around talk I'll of the developer.Think thrice before buying
