The officers right knee is on the ground bearing most of the officers weight, while he uses just enough force to push the resisting persons head back to the ground while they waited for the ambulance. @@frightmurk846 Because Derek Chauvin didn't kill George Floyd, George Floyd did, when he took fentanyl. That doesn't alleviate Derek Chauvin of his part in George Floyd's death, and he certainly had a part, it doesn't mean he was a good cop, in fact evidence suggests he probably shouldn't have been in uniform, but he didn't kill George Floyd. That whole episode was sheer mob violence and insanity.

He was repeating this over and over before he was even on the ground. Do I agree with everything Derek did? No but I could see how Derek could have put this out of his head at that point especially with the crowd distraction.
Can you do the case with the former Marine in NYC that held the RNC too long and is being charged with manslaughter? I don’t think he meant to murder the guy, he clearly was not trained in BJJ well and held the joke too long…
