I would not cut the post for the mailbox. I would use a new post to move it and put a solar light with something cute on the old one.

Aaron, that is a Lilly, some people call them Asian lollies! Callas are often referred to a funeral flowers. The blooms grow in a spiral, your lollies will have five petals!

We are coming from the Asheville Area. Its gotten extremely expensive to live there and traffic is awful ontop of crime. We are happy to be further out of town In the peaceful small town of Bakersville.
We moved out here to get further away from Asheville! LOL
