In this episode, the team
Test fit the the front wings & lights
grills and trims are also test fitted
Painting schedule
sealer primer, after curing its keyed for the undercoat
3 coats of undercoat base colour are applied
after curing its keyed and checked for imperfections
3 coats of mercedes paint code 197 is applied
4 coats of House Of Kolour UC35 applied
Next day we flatten with 3M 800 wet & Dry, re-mask and 4 coats of House Of Kolour UC35 applied
Repeat
Next day we flatten with 3M 800 wet & Dry, re-mask and 4 coats of House Of Kolour UC35 applied
after polishing we should be left with 9/10 coats of HOK UC35
