I love this sauce with chicken, almost more than with seafood. And! She is correct it is better the next day and it freezes well.
I'm going to try it again with chicken instead of seafood. The sauce over powered the seafood for me but it might work for me on the chicken.

Bethany you don’t even need to cut the lemon. Just push down on the lemon with the palm of your hand in a rolling motion across your counter. Roll it back and forth several times. Then you put a pin hole up through the tip (nipple) of the lemon. Then you just squeeze the lemon. It’s so easy. 😊
