Great to watch this again Ian to refresh my memory of it from October. I'm so glad all these lectures are on UA-cam. If I watch each one about 4 times, then I possibly might know what I am doing!

Hi, great lecture! May I ask you something? I want to start a systematic review with this question "Does single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy safer and feasible than conventional multiport laparoscopic cholecystectomy?" and what type of review is suitable for this question? I am a little bit confused about it. I hope you will respond to this question. Thank you in advance!

Does single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy safer and feasible than conventional multiport laparoscopic cholecystectomy - so it sounds like your population is anyone eligible for single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy, your comparator is conventional multiport laparoscopic cholecystectomy, your outcome is what is confusing - because whilst I guess safety could be measured by something like in-hospital complications, emergency reoperations, unplanned 30-day readmissions, or 30-day mortality, feasibility is a tricky one in terms of surgical interventions - see this overview - www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6618315/ - because if the outcomes are qual, this course is only really touching the surface of qual synthesis, and is predicated on there being some quant data available. I know my uni (Leeds) and Sheffield run qual synthesis courses and deeper mixed methods courses. Good luck!
