You can also SpA EV train while you do this - Heatmor is a 10 SpA horde. Heatmor is the only place I SpA EV train now because of the beautiful shiny (and since I got my shiny Bellossom).

Run from battles mechanic are based on your pokemon speed, if your pokemon is slow maybe you will fail to run away, but ghosts types have 100% to run regardless of his speed.
It doesn't necessarily have to be ghost type, tht was just a misspeak on my end, apologies! Feel free to use any frisk mon thats fast enough to run like higor mentioned :)

My friend bought out the flame orb market 2 weeks ago to raise the price, and now your video ruined that and I can’t stop laughing
I think the xmas update totally changing the rates of wild held items also affected things drastically :)
