If the MTA ensures all customers pay their fare and tolls, then there isnt a need for Congestion Pricing. In year 2022 (the last year for which data are available), $700 million went uncollected.

Some people cant. The full fare was actually worth it for a monthly pass. Now its $132 a month people just dont have and could use to pay for other things. And whats worse is we have an issue with many things that can be fixed but the govenor and mayor neglected all of us. Weve been screwed off
