We live in NY and just purchased the Sierra model. Thank you for featuring this model. we were looking for a video that showed the den and laundry room. You are correct that the Sierra model was designed to show what you get without upgrades. The appliances are all standard as well. GL now offers Granite or White Quartz countertops with a 4 inch backsplash as standard. They discontinued Corian as the standard selection.

It means it is very thick glass shatter proof that can withstand flying objects during a hurricane.
