- Here is a short clip taken at approximately 3:20 a.m. EST on January 16, 2021 which shows multiple emergency vehicles around the U.S. Capitol Building.
Not sure what if anything is going on. Maybe just a drill?

I understood what that were talking about. It has nothing to do with the military that are there. It was a couple people having problem. The military will not let you listen to there communication. An they have there own medical team in place.

Someone or something started a fire. "Oven" indicates that it's small or literally might be an actual oven fire. They referenced an apartment number and an incapacitated woman.

At 2:32 this morning it was a lot busier when I first saw the video that someone put up. There were lights, not like this....This video is dark in comparison. Something was going on - maybe a fire????

There is a CB radio shop that also does repairs close to my home. I stopped in one day to see if the owner could troubleshoot my car stereo. I asked him the same thing do people still use CB radios and he said oh yes all the time such as truck drivers

do you really believe that in a real operation what is going on can be streamed on youtube?
There are livestreamed broadcasts from and of the monuments in DC that run 24/7 and aren't on youtube but websites, one I believe run by the DC municipality. I saw this posted while it was happening. From what I could gather is that a mass (6-7) police cars, and ambulance and 1 or 2 firetrucks pulled up to the capital at 3:00ish am. between then cop cars were leaving and returning very frequently (seemed odd). Everything left by 3:25am, back to empty like nothing happened. Some think it was a bomb threat, but with all the security at that place would that be likely? and why did they leave so quickly? All of this could mean nothing, but it's sure strange.
