Not heard these before. Sycamore sounded real nice and I have to agree with you on the soprano which certainly sounded great. I Like the look of all them and glad you showcased them.
It's like you read my mind with this video, Matt. I just discovered these on your site this week and I was intrigued. I really like the sound of those spruce-top tenors, and I find the stripes on the headstock and the back of the neck to be really sharp. It seemed like these ukes inspired your playing to be a little more adventerous, as well.
Actually Matt, although I've only put this one on to date - I recorded 7 videos in a row (I still have the others to process and upload), so I think I was forced to do things a bit differently - plus I got warmed up. And, with it being Good Friday, I wasn't doing what I normally do - making a video in the knowledge that I've got orders waiting, and deadlines to meet. So perhaps I relaxed a bit more!
Those look and sound extremely nice. I also like the idea of the thin neck and very slightly wider than average nut width without going as far as 38mm. I also enjoyed the playfulness in your demonstration.
I recently bought a Loprinzi all solid mahogany soprano used it is a blast to play ,set up perfect, and a sparkling sound with lots of projection..
