Yes. The SRW version Duke Freed/Daisuke Umon was voiced by Koichi Yamadera since Impact. Although Yama-chan(his nickname in Japan) was his VA since then, in the SRW 4 PS Remaster, he is firstly voiced by Kenyu Horiuchi because Kei Tomiyama was diagnosed with cancer at that time. I guess they later choose Yama-chan in Impact as Duke because it was decided by Tomiyama himself (or by other people) to take over most of his roles after his death.
