However my doubt is if a parent has 4 sons and one son does all rituals and if others doesn't follow, still pitrukal will get their food, water and moksh because one son has followed rituals and can go to swarglok and be happy. In such scenario where and how pitrusapam will effect other non performing children

Let's clearly understand. In our culture Vidya or education is Vedic Vidya. Not the modern education. But given the world sta tus to day we need to have modern education and Vedic education.
Since Vedic education is so vast, graded basics be taught without any sect orientation along with modern education. Both for girls and boys, for all classes of without any discrimination whatsoever.
Both Brahmins and others should clearly understand
reference to Brahmin Kshatriya and Vaisya are by Vedic education and other 64 arts and Varna is not as per birth but only by mental qualities and occupation chosen.
Those who don't fit by the above education is Shudra whose care is the responsibility of the above three classes of educated.

As per chaganti koteswar rao always says a son needs to do thidi to parents, if not next generation sons will not get married, if gets married no kids,if gets kids they will be ot daughters. Every person should have a son. No use with dayghtets ada pilla eeda pilla no. She goes away. No use with daughters. It is a sin to have daughters say changati koteswaraxrao. Prasangam

Probably that's why in olden days Shishu vivaaham was performed..now it's ruled out since it's against government's rule.. now little we can do but run with the samooham.. Sri Maha Periyava Sharanam 🙏
