@ccna5720 You can also lower or increase the bass from one to seven with the remote control, At zero or one the bass stops completely, leaving only vocals to be heard.

I could not find difference when I change between standard cinema music and voice mode. Is it normal or any fault on the device. Please advice.

Using remote, Go to Menu --> Speaker --> Sur.L.level and Sur.R.Level (4th and 5th in the list) increase to +6 for max rear speaker volume
