    I would recommend a softer voice for this type of exercise

    not gonna lie...the constant narration/dictation made this way more distracting than useful. every time i had a thought to put on a leaf i was interrupted by her saying something

      Here’s a little advice: maybe use a meditating music and do this meditation while you listen to it, so you won’t hear any voice talking

    I am so sorry but i should say that the voice over should be soothing for non English speakers, to we it's really taking an effort to focus on voice, better try a soothing tone, it is just a small suggestion, please don't take it harsh.:)

      It's not a comforting voice at all. It's a regular person talking nicely. I agree, it could definitely have a more soothing tone to the voice.
