No, this is Shin sonic basically a demon mimics sonic and it’s very scary but sonic.EXC is more powerful. I’m pretty sure sonic is basically I would say he would not able to beat Goku. I’m pretty sure super Saiyan blue or super Saiyan red whatever it’s called but it’s very powerful.
