40 minutes this guy was running around the mall. The police who finally responded to 000 calls weren't even the ones to take him out. There is a police station 200 metres down the road as well as a local court! I find it unacceptable that they took this long to respond!

I'm sure the cops responded fast, the time it took to stop the guy is not the time it took them to respond to being called. . For one this guy was on the move and jogging for one and not sticking to one place or to the same floor. I assume the cops would have been getting overloaded with so many phoning them that they probably weren't sure exactly where he was there (it's a big place).
The cop who took him out I think was already at that place so it makes sense that she got to him first and she wasn't even walking, so was trying to get to him fast. She obviously immediately responded to the situation.. didn't even wait for backup which probably they are supposed to in this situation. They aren't supposed to endanger themselves and obviously even if police station is nearby, the cops there are still going to bring their police cars so they are dealing with driving through traffic, having to park etc before they get there (and then start hunting for the guy) and deal with other people along the way..
This is an absolute tragedy, something we will never forget, God bless that poor little baby and the poor mum that didn't make it.

New Zealand - gun massacre in 2019 and then they changed their gun laws. Interesting fact - the shooter in 2019 was Australian! He couldn't do it here because of our gun laws so moved to NZ and spent 18 months gaining the guns he needed to commit the mass shooting. Australians haven't had a gun massacre since 1996, when the gun laws changed within 2 weeks of the Port Arthur Massacre. Imagine how much worse this would be if those gun laws weren't passed.

@@traceyholt8223if you look at the mass shooting statistics from the 1970-1980s then look at the 1991+. The rate was the pretty much the same as. Guns were not the issue, there was something else that caused a spike in shooting. Sure it if I where to cut everyone hands off I can guarantee a massive drop in the crime rate as well but what good is it to inconvenience the majority of people to stop a few people who did terrible things. Also New Zealand isn’t an easy place to get firearms, that guy who did the shooting simply got through the cracks of their strict gun laws.

“Cauchi” photographed as a light green eyed chubby pale white boy is named attacker BUT 3 witnesses describe him as having “eyes that were black!!” and “looking unhealthy”, and looks to be slim and dark haired maybe unibrow.
Look to see if he has a tattoo and green eyes like his photos.
It’s pretty common for pupils to dilate when someone’s having a manic or schizophrenic episode, excitement can also affect pupils and/or drugs, which would make the perpetrators eyes appear “black”. Also as for his weight, the pictures may not be recent, but he wasn’t doing well mentally and was homeless, so that would explain the weight loss, common sense.
Authorities no longer profile the ethnicity of the perpetrator so we must take it upon ourselves to decide whether this guy is Anglo-Saxon or another race
