Great looking bed but you might consider an addendum to the video showing the use of the bed rail hardware. The probability that the bed will need to be moved in the future is very high and disassembly with the pocket screws would be very difficult

Luckily he used firing strips, which are cheap in most hardware stores... especially if you go with pine.
