The weekends were great for that back then. My niece and her bestie came down for her birthday. Took them to the taqueria below Club Miami. They were playing 2Pac’s All Eyes On Me all night. Also went the Up in Smoke show at the hp Pavilion.
I remember going to sound factory and city nights. Then 5 de Mayo we would go to San Jo to cruise. We would drive from STOCKTON just to go club. Miss those days.
Use to hit up the Mexican restaurant below Club Miami downtown San Jo. One night they threw on the 2Pac All Eyes On Me CD. Incredible time to live the Bay Area back then.
hell yeah,, old school baby,, Story / King at Tropicana shopping center/ all the way down on Santa Clara St. to Studio 47 San Jo, 408 for ever with Victor Saragosa.
Slow Jams with Victor Zaragoza was awesome. I won a pair of tickets to see Marc Anthony at Shoreline Amp from him. A day when San Jose reached 112 degrees in the afternoon. By the time the concert hit, it was about 100 degrees and super humid. A sweat fest at that concert. But a great night.
Where can I find these mixes again on my Alexa or Siri serious bad ass shit Its the best music ever when I went clubbing in SF CA can I find ST. John again best mixes ever !!! And music all time !!!
The song around the 9:00 mark? I remember the track well from clubbing at the time, but never knew who this was. Reminds me a bit of 'Stomp it to my Beat'.
