      This being said, many officials here could have been lying to you, in order to receive European funds, and pocket some. Emil Parau (Milu Parau) is an magnate who bribed politicians and intimidated people.
      I am happy the Valley has a future, but I would like greater scrutiny ensuring its future reapings will reach the people who actually do the work, and not despots.
