There is something called DepCap insurance in which you don't pay any depreciation upto 5 years of new vehicle.
You can buy and insured vehicle without a license because it's not mandatory that the person who is buying a vehicle will also drive himself.
What if you have a driver and he is driving fro you asking for family car.

Adam jee is the worst insurance company among all ..i had the major accident last year ..my car all suspention was totalled .. the surveyor was very annoy and corrupt ..he dont claim many major things like excel,shocks,torsion beam and thats why they repair the things instead of replace with new....then after only a month my all things which they repair is worn out..So..please dont choose adam jee they dont claim the major things!!

Like Sunil Munj said in the video, it was smooth for them because insurance people recognized him and saw a camera in their face. For others, it won't be so smooth. Also they don't fix your car as per your liking. My uncle has a Cultus which was stuck from behind by a rickshaw. The whole back needed to be fixed, which they said will be replaced. After they returned the car, you could clearly tell that they didn't replace the back door but just fixed and repainted the old one. The paint job was not done well either and it didn't close the same original way.
