There is an interesting story behind this song.I was transferred as DSP Bharuch in 1972 and had to visit SSG Hospital,Baroda frequently for interrogating witnesses or accused admitted there.So once I took my family along to Baroda and saw this movie just near Kothi area. Enjoyed.Then I was transferred to Vyara and elsewhere. Again I was posted as DSP in 1980 ,again that story. I took my family again to Baroda and looked ,Oh," Loafer" was being screened in the same theatre ! We saw Loafer again in the same theatre..Then I was transferred to Baroda and Dharmendra with Hema Malini had come to Baroda for shooting ,then my Inspector Gunvant S Rao managed to arrange a meeting with Dharmendra. I had taken family of Dr. Harish Chandra Pannu my neighbor , and they also enjoyed thanks to Inspector G.S.Rao.
