We even played it twice because during first run through we had a not so nice ending but spoilered ourselves by accidently read in the story book and encountered that there was cool stuff like a dragon. We were like: Whaaaat? So played it again, tried different things and had a blast with a second and totally different ending. Very good job KOSMOS, we played the next two boxes also I do not know, if there is a storyteller for the english Boxes. But in German Kosmos has an App where you can let the App read all the texts to you. You type in the number you want to combine and it tells you if it exists or not. We liked it a lot because you cannot spoil yourself by flipping through the pages and maybe see something you are not ment to
I'm one of those 'talk at the tv to tell them what they're doing wrong' people, and you missing the scratches on the door, and not trying the window bar down the grate, had my partner suggesting that I needed not just noise cancelling headphones, but a noise cancelling microphone as well to keep me quiet :P

Funny, just last wednesday, we played that adventure with 4 persons. It was so amazing that we did all 3 chapters in one go. It took us about 3.5 hrs. We used a pad and the app. Very atmospheric reader and IMO not at all too slow...what few reviewers have remarked.
I think you missed the entry for using the knife on the slab - it does work on that and there is an entry for it. 24 409. Good to see this on the channel though, looks like you got into it :-)
I played this on my own just a couple of weeks ago and really enjoyed it. However there is another one and its made more complex I gave up half way through when I got stuck. This one is much more simplist and works way better.
I think Deborah got a little tunnel visioned in her criticism regarding the stairs. The number is very clearly on the stairs and also the Room C blurb says that 405 is related to the stairs. I would be more bothered by the fact that interacting with a lever may be "look at and have option to pull it" or just "pull it". So the general point is definitely one to consider with the game... just not for the stairs. We played through all 3 chapters in a day. Each only took about and hour, but I freaking loved it! Really gave me a great nostalgia for point and click adventure games! Would LOVE to see you guys finish this. One last thing, using the knife on the stone slab DOES have an entry. Dave must have missed it.
Nice job reading! Made the story more fun. Now maybe I missed it, but is there any kind of clock to this game? Seems that you can just explore everything so there isn't much pressure. I like a lot of the mechanics but that's a big knock against it.
Did you really record all these episodes ahead of time? That's just too many videos... Are you telling us you all the game nights you've been releasing in the past have been filmed like months and months before? :/
That's usually how it goes because of editing and stuff. And release schedule. And if Deborah (or another person) is in town, they'll probably batch record a bunch and release them over time on their schedule.
Yup! This year I was supposed to take 12 work trips and we needed to have a backlog so I could put them up when I was out of town. We would have still filmed additional episodes when I was in town but the pressure wouldn’t be as great. We still have another 2 months or so of episodes and then we will be in trouble. You’ll know when we are filming with more than Nikki and me when you see videos with us wearing masks. It is strange but possible. Thanks for watching. -Lincoln
