Dang, was looking to get these sliders, but was hoping for a bolt on application. I’m not building a rock bouncer so don’t need it quite this overbuilt. Awesome quality as always, but I’m not drilling into frame sorry. Any chance of getting some less built ones that mount up where 1st edition sliders are mounted to? Or any issues leaving those two underside end bolts out? I assume they will still function for overlanding for those oh crap moments.
@@BacaraBuffalo you do not have to run the bottom bolts if you do not plan on using them to support the weight of the vehicle. They are just to take the strength to the next level.😉
@@Himalayanvibe it just depends on if you use a hand install tool or a auto install kit I. Either one is rather inexpensive. Each whole. Is super easy to set up for the insert
Little more work involved than I am willing to tackle myself. Guess I will be waiting for another manufacturer to create something to just use factory bolt locations. :(
@@Jamie-u1b it’s crazy how lazy people have gotten these days! All you have to do is open up the bolt wholes that are already on the frame one size. But hey that sounds like a lot of work. There are less strong other options out there though👍
If you're going to drill holes into the frame, you're going to need to replace the corrosion protection.
*beautiful job as always* ❤
Been waiting for this to install your sliders on my LC 1958, thank you! 🫡
keep making these videos for the new trucks!!! love them
Love these videos! Great job as always!
@@toyotaofclermont thank you!🙏
What's the amount of time (labor wise) to install both of these at a shop?

How many times to press and turn that knob using the Rivet nut tool for each hole to set properly?
