I have a buddy (also a paraplegic like Rob) who flies aerobatic competition. He has a set of straps so that his legs don't get banged up during high G meneuvers. Rob might consider doing something similar. Just cuz he doesn't feel the injuries. (bruises and such) doesn't meant they aren't there.

My sister has R.A., and has been confined to a walker even though she is only 40. I showed her video of Rob, and his hand controls. As an example of making whatever you wanna do a reality. CHAIRSLAYER ( make a little pocket or box on the floor Bord to put your feet in then maybe some type of Velcro strap on the seat for your legs ) would help keep them in place. I really like what you do and how hard you try I'm also a driver was in to drifting until I meet off road racing I now work at a Fab shop building buggy's and race them just shooting you some ideas😎

Neighbors Sister has her car with hand controls. A few years ago she was here during an ice/snow storm. Their driveway is uphill to the street. Just a few dry spots for traction.I didn't know the car still had regular controls and getting her up to the street could have been a pain.Anyway we loaded her chair in the car and I told her to get on it pretty good in reverse up to the street and then cut the wheel to the right and nail the brakes. ALMOST made it on the first try and then I told her to REALLY get on it!She made it! I could barely get up to the street in snow boots walking in the yard. She was in tears and said: " Now I can drive in ANYTHING!"Well, maybe not, but she was a happy camper!
