I just want to add to some of the things you said in the video for those who may want to visit .What you call Airplane beach is originally called Maho Beach.If you are taking a taxi from the Harbour(Cruise Ship) is can be 20-30 mins away depending on the traffic.If you are coming from the Airport(Princess Juliana International Airport) it will be 4-6 mins away from Maho and Mullet Bay. Also your Taxi driver can recommend to you what times on that specific day will be the best to go to watch the airplanes leave and come in.During specific times of the year especially if we have a lot of rain, Maho and Mullet Bay do have a alot of rocks and other times its really smooth white sand and crystal clear water .Over the years I must say things has change due to major hurricanes .However we are still recovering nicely .
For those who are thinking about visiting the island .It will be worth it..If plane watching is not something you would be into and you just want to have quiet time on a beach .We have 37 beaches on the island .My top few besides Maho Beach and Mullet Bay is 1.Orient Bay (Nude Beach) 2.Grand Case Beach 3. Pinel Island 4. Philipsburg beach.
Also we have many activities if you are staying on the island for a few days -Jet skies ,Zip Lining ,Snorkeling,ATV Tours,Diving ,Sailing and much much more guys . We are also a 15-20 min boat ride away from Anguilla and 45 mins away from St Barths.
Just do some research before coming and come and have a awesome time.

This is my favorite island to go to!!!! It's so beautiful!!!! Sadly the hurricane did a number on it but they are working hard at building it back!!!
You need a nice warm weather sport coat to have for fancy occasions on ships and in Vegas!

Okay what was so exciting about the planes coming into the airports where people were standing to watch them when it can be dangerous to watch from where people were standing at:/ I am glad you got to enjoy the ocean/beach at Mullet Bay and enjoy some snorkeling and see some fish which was neat to see. its always crazy at how much people eat while their on the cruise cause their is so much food choices with buffet and then dinner which is crazy but hey I guess that's the part of enjoying yourself with being on a cruise and having fun to.

Hi Matthew. That Maho Beach is crazy. Seeing the planes come in is nice, bur to feel the jet blast when the plane takeoff is too much. Mullet Beach is nice, especially when you pass the rocky area.I would be full too with the amount you ate.Wait and you still had the formal dinner. I don't know how you do it! LOL. Thanks for sharing.

I’ve never been on a cruise. But I think I would lose 10 pounds strictly so I can eat whatever I want when I get on the ship. Looks so fun and delicious.

What is with that buffet? I mean, you are usually willing to give anything a chance...it really must have been bad. Beaches looked ok...water looked beautiful.

My last cruise had a stop in St. Martin m my GF and I took a cab to a nude beach recommended by a girl that worked on the ship. Was cool Mathew but signs all over: No cameras allowed. 😜
