@@StarrBoxx1 about 2 weeks. I know you can go longer. But longer hair is more maintenance/upkeep. If the style was shorter. I typically wear mines a month. & some ppl go up to 3 months. If you get them be sure to wear a big bonnet & twist them before you shower/ head to bed. You can also add a small amount of foaming mousse as you twist after a week to help refresh the style🫶🏽💕💕
