Hi Eric I have been sorting these sales out I’m all out of space and out of my mind I just counted how many candles I have I have 88 😂 no one needs that many so I’m going to stop until I’m down to 50 which is still a lot but let’s be honest we are addicted to these and 50 seems like a reasonable reachable number
Hi Gigi, I'm very low on space as well. I have a box of GC in the hall I haven't even unboxed yet. Candles are very addicting. They come out with all these nice scents and cute packaging, and we end up with a house full of candles!😂 Fifty candles sounds like a reasonable goal. Although 88 doesn't sound bad to me either and its a lucky number.😂

Today’s sale is very tempting but I keep trying to stay strong. The free candle is calling me though😊. The one thing that helps me is I’m not a big fan of summer candles. What I have should be enough for now.

Yesterday I started watching the 1st season of Bridgerton and now understand the names given to the candles. So much for slowing down on buying to conserve money and storage space 😂. Hi Pauline,😀👋 I usually burn two candles at a time. One downstairs and one upstairs during the day. In the evening I'll burn a candle in the bedroom while I watch TV or read a book. So there are many days that three candles have been lit at some point. My bath & body works collection has around 600 candles. The other candle brands I have I try to burn through quite quickly to help not take up space. It's a constant battle trying to keep the candle count down, but a fun one.😊
Nothing for me these sales...did pick up my 2 candles from last weekends 10off30...just really trying to cut back🤷♀️...burning "Japanese Cherry Blossom"❤

I was going to ask if you have tried watermelon lemonade from goose Creek yet? I don’t think I seen you haul that one. Pink watermelon from bbw and watermelon lemonade from goose creek are the only watermelon candles I’ve ever liked 🙃 I haven’t smelled sparkling watermelon I need to give that one to try.
I haven't tried Watermelon Lemonade from GC yet. So far the only Watermelon scent I've liked was the Watermelon Mint from bbw last year. Sparkling Watermelon is okay too. I think its because it has like a cucumber scent to me mixed in.
I am pretty new to these candles. I have finally burnt one down to almost empty. There is about half an inch's worth of wax left in the jar, but the wicks will not stay lit, so I put the candle on a cup warmer. At first, the candle continued to release fragrance, but now, I cannot detect much fragrance coming from it anymore (or maybe I have just become anosmic). Is this normal? Do they stop releasing fragrance by the time they get down to only half an inch of wax left in the jar???
From what you've described this is normal. When the wicks finally burn out, there's often about a quarter, to a half inch of wax in the base. If the wax is still giving off a wonderful fragrance, putting the candle on a warmer is a great way to get the last bit of fragrance from the candle. Usually at some point the fragrance oils dissipate before the wax is completely gone.

It is a nice jar, but I have several more candles to burn, so I am not particularly interested in trying to figure out how to recycle/upcycle the jar. What are some things that the jars can b used for aside from going into the recycle bin? I suppose they could hold some small votive candles (battery or otherwise) and be used out of doors, but other than that, I cannot think of much to do with them. I guess I am not very creative.

I don't like artificial Watermelon scents either but I enjoy GC's Watermelon Lemonade & Pink Lemonade over BBW's versions.
