Hua always uplifts my mood. Even his saddest song carries me into the clouds. His music and voice are so special. You don't need to understand his words to enjoy them, but when you do, it just adds another layer of joy to the experience. His lyrics are so beautiful and heartwarming.

I felt like I fell into a bag of Skittles:) However, there is something about Hua that chokes me up. Not in a bad way. It's just a feeling that I can't quite find the word for. It's absolutely folk music. He said in interview that he wanted to use Chinese folk music as the foundation for these songs. Several songs from his new album sound this way. I think of this album as HuaHua Unplugged, and being HuaHua it doesn't sound exactly like anything we've heard before. Watching you as this song progressed was fascinating. Wherever HuaHua went chasing after that comet, you went along for the ride, looking happier and more excited until the end. Even then, this song made you happy. Hope it lasted all day. Hope it lasts for your whole life.
