You can select auto server then it will connect to nearest server where you will get low ping always :) but its ur choice which region player's you want to play
Bro its a low end device means its what can i say mm wel if you want to play gta 5 u need i7 core and a good graphics card so simply now your current phone only support low graphics so either buy a new device to enjoy medium high graphics :)
