Anong idols? Idols are images of false Gods. Jesus is not an idol and the saints are real and they aren't Gods. Iba ito sa mga rebulto ng mga Katoliko, dahil ang mga nilalarawan natin ay ang mukha ni Jesus at ng mga Santo, na naglalayon na ituwid ang pagsamba sa Diyos ng Israel. Ang mga larawan ng mga diyos-diyosan ay naglalayon na bigyan ng pagsamba ang mga ito bilang ibang Diyos liban sa Diyos ng Israel.
