Smash has 26.94% accuracy and +1 max hit in standard dh dming gear (1.5717 dps at 99 hp) Hack has 26.79% accuracy and +1 max hit in standard dming gear (1.56277 dps at 99 hp) Chop has 27.33% accuracy in standard dming gear (1.5617 dps at 99 hp) It's not much, but it's about 0.5% more odds to camp smash against someone who camps hack giving you 50.5% to 49.5% odds assuming everything else like first hit and PID is equal.
