3 baar pregnancy test positive hua but after 2 or 3 days bleed hua koi doctor kuch nahi kar paya ek baar to after 9 days same thing done with us but still we are without child

Dr.. it was my 5th week, hcg level was doubling... 2200 and then we decided to fly...
And i flew from 2sectors from Kolkata to Hyderabad to vadodara due to covid restrictions...
And after 10 days i did my hcg test
And level was around 2300
Only 100 increased in 10 days ...
But it didn't decreased and heart beat was there...
I took hormone injection and tablets and then suddenly it decreased to 800 in 1 day... And then doctor gave medicine for bleeding as it wasn't a healthy pregnancy...
Dr.. may i kne the reason for this .. i dont know.. what went wrong... Cz initially it was doubling and all the test were positive..
Meri wife b pregnant thi but achanak blood aane laga aj pata chala miscarriage hua hai hcg level 60 thi bas
