If you have trouble to get the last gem on floor 4F or B2: You can't get those gems during your first visit. You must revisit the mentioned floors later in the game. As soon as you reach F12 you get a second mission on B2 where you can access new rooms (+ last gem). After this mission you get an upgrade that allows you to use that power up station on 4F. Also I forgot to add the white gem on 9F in the video: Destroy the display case in the bottom right corner and a gem ghost will appear
BeardBear I have revisited 4F for the last gem，but still cannot get it (no effect to active the “power up” movie)

I never noticed the the green and red gem were in a plant and a painting of THAT HELLEN GRAVLY
To kill the gem ghosts faster you can click the a button as soon as they hit the ground which cancels the end lag before you can slam them again
Also for some ghosts if you don’t slam them before the slam time runs out they won’t move for a second and you can suck them up again and restart the timer

@@khristinefrias3031 you can use the left over bones from the room where you fought the dinosaur. Also a Boo ghost is hiding under in one of the portraits

You have to break the glass where the pot of coins is then the ghost will appear and you have to suck him up to get the gem

I feel like the gems aren't just a useless collectable but instead implying that these gemstones are all magical, Look at other gemstone like things in this wide universe such as the crystal stars which had reality warping powers. Its possible that the gems in the games we collect are what strengthens paranormal activity, lets not forget how the giant purple gem on king boo's crown can actually control the undead so its very possible these gems from the start of game one have been secretly altering reality within the mansions. I mean it did say the entire first game's mansion was an illusion so perhaps the reason there are so many gems is because those allowed it to actually stay a physical illusion and not a transparent illusion. Egad sure hasn't found the real purpose behind these gems but king boo sure does, after all why hide the gems at all unless they had some mystical property. This could be why the Last Resort feels like its not structurally possible with the literal beanstalk in the floor with all the plants being only 1 floor. If this is true then taking the gems may attempt at breaking these illusions, and if gem ghosts are any evidence than it means these gems can actually be turned into ghosts with some kind of tampering. either that or im just going mad over a lame collectable

djryken You can’t bring stuff from one floor to another, I’ve already tried that before when I tried to get the haunted pumpkins in the first floor to basement 2.
29:40 isnt working for me. I came back after beating a few other floors and all the cameras were broken so I couldnt relight the torch :,(
Update: I clipped out the torch from the cardboard box and it was still on fire so I got the gem lol

When it comes to bats, rats, spiders, you don’t have to suck them up. You can stun them like you do to ghosts. Quicker and easier.

I don’t think that’s a safe, I think it’s a strobe light, often seen in Mansions’ (That’s what I’ve heard), so I think it’s not a safe, but a decoration

On floor 9 you can't get the yellow gem because if you miss it and you revisit it you don't have toad :(

Any one who’s all ready saved road but haven’t got the gems on the museum floor you can just use the bones on the floor instead.

I think you're supposed to beat the 8f ghost and then, get the ice block to melt it from the fire
