We noticed that, too! That's why for the recipe on our website, we added a note explaining that it's not really a low-sugar recipe. Apparently Arlene overlooked that back in the day. Makes you wonder how much sugar was in a "regular" ham barbecue recipe!
Arlene touted Sweet n Low (saccharin--a carcinogen) before a much better alternative was available (stevia). Just updated info I'm sure she wasn't aware of at the time. From a type 2 diabetic.
