how to get remote jobs as freshers? does open source play a huge role in this? If yes, what are the steps? what is the ideal salary package for a DevOps fresher in today's market?
Trust me open source does not play in this and do open source if you are passionate, it is not for huge packages as well.
Ofcourse it will open up your profile for companies like red hat, google, Microsoft etc
Only if you are aiming such companies think about open source
what does open source actually mean here?

The interviews are really tough and they are asking for previous experience to validate whether you have really worked into devops or not.

how many actual environments are there
how actual producion deploment pipelines used.
how microservices are been deployed and managed in production environment
how you manage pods and clusters in prod environments
etc. etc. etc..
Thnk you in advance
