It doesn't matter whether the referee is local or not .Even if the referee is non local the local people will pressurize or threaten the referee to support in favor of the local team. And if the referee is local. He will support the local team for sure. So it is going to be unfair. If the referees does not support and does not use partiality in favor of the local team then the local crowd started shouting and screaming so the referees has to support in scared of the local people or local crowd giving threaten by shouting and screaming to the referees. And even the other team feel uncomfortable to play if the local crowd started shouting and screaming to them. We know even the Liangmai fc are naga from Nagaland.and whichever the team they are also naga from Nagaland. But even among naga the local people which means land owners will always take advantage. Whether they meet in semis or final. The referees will support in favour of the local or land owners team. It would make a difference with olando , S.konyak and victor for sure why not , Nyithong got the best out of the defenders needed some good support on the mid which remained empty the whole game , but I think that's what game is about when your players are not around no excuses when you loose . Ofc Liangmai is a great team and looking forward for their semi finals game , i got players in that team that I often sponsor them for Futsal tournament, so I know 4-5 of them very well , plays well great combination just awang missing out playing for the strongest team this season NMFC , NMFC is the team to beat , just had my heart for end of era this season cause there were few individuals who raised the standard of the game in the club thats why .
