We use to run up the flint when the fishing was tough in Seminole for classic tournaments. The DNR use to hate it because they had to transport them back to the river in a tank truck! Now you can catch shoals up the chattahoochie . Great fish and definitely glad to see them recognized finally by the IGFA as their own species. The lower flint holds some monster shoalies. It is a very dangerous river though. Many people have been sucked under shoals.
Not sure what the forage in the river is but MAN seems like a big glide would crush out there.
I caught a 5.66 there about 10 years ago. They are a blast to catch ! Nice video!
