I’d love to see an infrared image showing how the warming effect works in 4D

Hey Matt, just found your channel and am working my way thru your videos. Have some experience building brick bake ovens with Alan Scott years ago and am looking to build a heating device for a greenhouse. Lots of great info in your presentations that will help as I hobble together a small heater. Thanks, cheers.

Greenhouse... probably best is the ugly old single or double barrel rocket stove with the exhaust going through a box of bricks or cement blocks to hold the heat over night.

This has me wondering how a wood gasifier may work inline of the horizontal chambers would work to make a more complete burn and add more heat to the brick mass.

Secondary air / gassification only works in super high temperatures, meaning it would only work in the firebox. It would not work "down the line."

one day i will sleep like a baby bear beside my wood stove in the woods, since in Montreal Canada all wood stoves are illegal ... till you get about 200miles out of the city
