    looks ok. common to get RFI from them. all mine do. can you look into cycle life of the battery ? also put a AC load on it. and put some distance with you IC 705 from it and check the RFI again. maybe even try a AM radio . I found on some of them that using a extension cord on the AC the cord acts like a antenna and makes the RFI go even farther . I had to wrap my cord threw ferrite to stop it. it worked. but a still needed to keep it like 100 ft away from my radio .73's

    Jason, have you come across any of the pre-made/commercial solar generators that actually put out More than 10 amps at 13+ volts? The best I can find is 10amps.

    • @HamRadio2
      @HamRadio2  8 місяців тому

      10amps output from what port? That isn't something I usually look for

      @HamRadio2 just looking for a pre-made battery setup to run like a 7300 and a mobile 2m/440 rig with DC power and enough amps. I know you talked about it in the video, but I'm hoping someone makes one for Hams eventually. Like a 20amp or 30 amp DC out.

    Problem with all in one. Positioning the solar panels to get the most sun could be difficult.

      @@HamRadio2 I understand why. Just sad that you had to do it, to protect your channel. Thank you for your videos and time.

    • @HamRadio2

      Actually I did it for the vendor who sent me this power station to review. With UA-cam, they don't really care about a gun being shown, only the disassembly or modification of it. I could have left it on for this video with no issues but I chose to remove it because I made the video about the power station for the vendor who sent it to me and they probably didn't want to see that in the video.

    • @plusorminusandtime
      @plusorminusandtime 8 місяців тому

      @@HamRadio2 Sure, to protect the vender. So you can get more stuff to review. To protect the channel to have stuff to review. So the vender demanded that?
      P.S. UA-cam is very much against the second amendment. Either way you disarmed yourself for someone else's feelings. Thank you for the video and your time.
