Creamy Sausage Casserole

Ingredients:
500g Sausage, sliced
1 cup All Purpose Cream
2 -3 pcs. Potatoes, peeled & cubed
1 large Carrot, peeled and cubed
2 stalks Celery, sliced
1/2 cup Green Peas or Sweetcorn
1 cup Water
1 pc. Onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for sautéing
1/2 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
