I always put a few plastic shopping bags at the bottom of all my martial arts weapons bags .. works out great so far
Bit late to the party here,.... but I used a rubber end from a table leg or a cane on mine. I did modify it a bit, cut it shorter, but keeps my scabbard from being destroyed.
Yeah you must have the Breacher tip too. That sounds like a pretty good idea!
Even later to tha party….I use $1 stretchy gloves. The kind they sell in every convenience store in New England. Little gloves to keep your hands warm on cold days. If it rips or I lose it….I got the second one in the pouch. 2 chances for $1
This is a better scabbard for a thin Lever action Rifle than a Shotgun. A bone stock beretta 1301M2 Tac does not fit at all.

so if i have a side saddle on my mossberg shockwave it won’t fit i bet
