Sensors are not that accurate compared to the galaxy watch but they get job done as one should never rely on smartwatch sensor readings for health monitoring. But since you are getting the watch for half the price of galaxy watch i would say the watch can be value for money.

I am using samsung galaxy watch 3 classic from 2018 and still using it and believe me mujhe abhi tak is watch ko update karne ki jarurat nahi padi. All features are working flawlessly. Too smooth interface, awesome amoled display, samsung pay feature (which was very advance at that time, just tap & pay through any NFC enabled device, data accuracy and many more features. Samsung is best.

Maine 12000 me samsung galaxy watch 4 LTE leli. Mere phone aur watch me simultaneously call aate hai. Koibhi ek device pe call uthao to dusrepe apne aap cut ho jaata hai. Call receive ya dial karneke liye bluetooth se phone connect karneki koi jarurat nahi hai. Iski operating system google wear hai. Uski wajah se google playstore se compatible apps download karke use kar sakte hai. Browser definitely hai. Abhi 2 deen pehle update aaya, oos update ke baad watch se apna ECG aur blood pressure bhi measure kar sakte hai.. 12000 me full paisa wasool..
But the sensors on noise all smartwatch are awesome, not about this smartwatch even in their budget watches the sensors are really accurate, yaa but at this price and the extra sim this things are kind of useless
Just remember a thing fireboult introduced a new smartwatch although as it is now i would not recommend it cause it have outdated Android 8.1 but I'm kinda happy to see a company atleast trying to now give a actually smartwatch instead of smartband ,i think it have made more sense when it have wear os instead of actually Android
